Your Donations At Work

Every dollar we raise, and in-kind donation we receive, is immediately put to use.

Our most recent annual appeal raised funds to enhance our Music Therapy Program. Due to the generosity of donors, MCC was able to secure funding allowing our staff to become trained and obtain the certification to be known as an official Music and Memories certified facility. Additional donations through this appeal allowed our staff to purchase ipods, expand upon the available music library, and increase the frequency of the music therapist who visits with the residents.

-Recent Ipad donations have made it possible for our residents to stay connected to their friends and family through "skype" and "facetime". In addition, our Community Life leaders utilize the portablity of these devices allowing residents to connect to the internet.

-The Kane Lodge Foundation donated funds allowing us to purchase an electronic bingo board and a bicycle that allows our staff to take residents for a bike ride on the beautiful grounds of the campus.

-The Hendry Family recently donated the funds allowing us to build the Snoezelen Room. A multi-sensory room which has multiple benefits for seniors.

-In front of our Health Pavilion stands a pavilion that is used by residents during the nice weather. It was made possible through the generosity of one man.

There are a number of ways your generosity can assist those who call the Masonic Care Community home. To learn about how you can make a difference contact Victoria Cataldo, Director of Development at or by phone at 315.798.4703.
