Gifts That Create a Lasting Legacy
Remembering the Masonic Care Community in Your Estate Plans

Did you ever realize that you can make a lasting impact at the Masonic Care Community through a variety of estate plan gifts? Often referred to as "planned gifts," these opportunities allow you to create a lasting legacy representing your lifelong values and aspirations while planning for your own future as well as that of your loved ones. How is this possible? By reviewing the various gift planning options with us and your financial advisor, we can find the estate plan gift that meets your immediate and future financial needs. We can also create an opportunity for you to influence the lives of those who call the Masonic Care Community home for generations to come.

It is suggested that the following testamentary wording is suitable when considering making a donation to the Masonic Care Community:

“I give and bequeath the sum of ………………….. dollars to the MASONIC CARE COMMUNITY, a New York, not-for-profit corporation, having its principal office at 2150 Bleecker Street, Utica, NY 13501 for any of the purposes for which it was established.”

While the language given above is suitable and proper for most situations, it is strongly suggested and recommended that an attorney be consulted to give counsel in the drafting of a Will or Trust Agreement. Specific circumstances can and may well require the use of somewhat different terminology and the attorney and counselor may suggest changes to fit different individual circumstances.

The is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution recognized by the IRS as a public charity.
