The Masonic Care Community is recognized as a leader in innovative, cutting edge care for our residents. We provide full-time skilled nursing care in an environment that puts the individual first.

In the Health Pavilion, our residents are called neighbors. Individuals live in households that have 8 or 16 people. Each household has a shared living space where neighbors can meet each other, as well as friends and family. There are private and semi-private rooms complete with a bathroom facility.

The Health Pavilion offers a variety of space to enjoy. In the center of our facility is the Atrium which offers a natural environment, no matter what the season. The ceiling of the Atrium is glass which allows for an abundance of natural light and a wonderful environment for the many plants and trees that grow there. Another popular spot is the Winter Garden which has a waterfall and pond with fish. This is the perfect place to entertain guests, or just relax with a cup of coffee. The Winter Garden also has a glass ceiling allowing natural light to further enhance the space.

The Health Pavilion has a full time Medical Director and two assistant Medical Directors, making the Masonic Care Community the only skilled nursing facility in Central New York to have three full time physicians on staff. They work closely with nursing, dietary, rehabilitation, social services and activities staff to ensure the highest level of care.
