Alzheimer's Family Care Giver Training
The Alzheimer's Association Central New York Chapter will offer a series of Family Care Giver Training sessions at the Masonic Care Community Richard P. Thomas Health Pavilion on Wednesday Sept 8th , 15th and 22nd. The program is devided into three 90-minute sessions. Topics to be discussed are as follows:
Sept 8th General Discussion of the disease and dementia. 2-4PM in the Meditation Room of the Health Pavilion
Sept 15th Managing challenging communication and behaviors 2-4PM in the Meditation Room of the Health Pavilion
Sept 22nd How being an Alzheimer's care giver can affect you and your health 2-4 pm in the Meditation Room of the Health Pavilion
