Physical Therapist for Acacia Home Care
Type: Part-Time
Description: Per diem position. Services to adult and geriatric patients including evaluation, planning treatment programs, goals and patient care in the patient's home according to state, professional and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: Qualified candidate must possess a BS/MS in physical therapist and current NYS licensure. Experience in care of acute and chronic patients in an orthopedic and/or rehab setting.
